Build a better burger.  With flavors of shallot, roasted garlic, worcestershire powder, chilies, hickory smoke, and herbs, this savory seasoning enhances any type of burger you desire.  Secret Weapon can be applied during the cooking process to season your burger, but we recommend blending into ground meat and hand-forming burgers to create a deeper level of flavor, not usually achieved with store-bought patties.  Directions: Add entire contents of package to 1 lb. of your desired meat. (Beef, chicken, turkey, bison, etc.) Mix well to combine, form into patties and allow to rest for 30 minutes to achieve the best results. *Our worcestershire powder contains no fish or gluten.
